It's That Time of Year Again - Lawn Care!

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Chapter 16, Article II of the Kingsford City Code, all noxious weeds, or other weeds, grass, brush or deleterious, unhealthful growths, exceeding a height of eight (8) inches, or any refuse or debris growing, standing or living upon any property in the City of Kingsford, shall be cut down, destroyed or removed. 


Failure to comply with this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 16, Article II of the Kingsford City Code, the city shall cause said weeds, grass, brush, deleterious, unhealthful growths, rubbish or debris to be cut down destroyed or removed. The expense incurred by the city in cutting, destruction or removal of the same together with a ten percent (10%) administrative charge will be levied and collected against such property in the manner provided by law. 


Failure to comply with the requirements of Chapter 16, Article II of the Kingsford City Code may also result in the prosecution for the same and liability to the extent of the penalty therein provided.
