Notice! Election Inspector/Poll Workers Job Posting!

Election Inspector/Poll Workers

Are you interested in being a part of the Election process? Are you interested in making some extra money?  The City of Kingsford is looking for individuals to work the Tuesday, August 2, 2022 Primary Election.  Training would be provided for 6 hours total, consisting of 2 hours training on the e-pollbook software and 4 hours for Election Inspector training.  Days/times of training are flexible, if necessary, to work around your schedule. 


*Must be registered to vote in the State of Michigan or if a high school student, be at least 16 years of age


*Must be able to operate Election software (entering/tracking voters and ballot numbers) on a laptop computer


*Be detail-oriented and process-oriented with integrity standards

*Able to work from 6am to approximately 10pm (The polls are open from 7am to 8pm)
