With recent increases in postal delays, we want to remind residents that emailed utility bills are a fast and reliable option. E‑billing ensures you receive your bill right away, without worrying about mail issues. Please remember that the City cannot control postal delivery and cannot waive late penalties for payments that arrive past the due date, even if the bill or payment was delayed or lost in the mail.

Another convenient option is ACH automatic payments for both utility and tax bills. ACH allows your payment to be securely withdrawn from your bank account on the 25th of each month (or the next business day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday). This is a simple way to avoid late payments and ensure everything stays up to date.

If ACH isn’t the right option for you, bills can also be paid online at www.kingsfordmi.gov , placed in the drop box located near the rear parking lot of City Hall, or paid in person during normal business hours.
