- Peddlers License Application - Once filled out, turn in to the Administrative Assistant or City Assessor.

- Application for Storage Shed Permit - Once filled out, email to assessor.
- Application for Fence/Wall Permit
- Building Permit Application - This form needs to be filled out, reviewed and signed off by the City Assessor and then turned in to the Dickinson County Construction Committee.
- New Build/New Services Application - This form needs to be filled out and submitted to the City Assessor.
